As more families are getting involved in the carpooling system to bring their kids to school or certain events, there have been many funny interpretations about what they look like.
Carpooling to school and certain events for the kids would not only give the parents the benefit to save money and valuable time, but it would also gives the students the chance to bond with each other even more in the morning and afternoons and not just at school. One funny experience my carpool group has gone through was when we first began to carpool with each other in the 7th grade. Since our pooling group would always grow each year, we would always need to drive the van in each of the three families that we connected with. For the past year, every time we would arrive in front of the school, some of the teachers, staff members, and even our friends would always joke around with what we appeared to be. They would always say we looked like a “Circus Car” where tons of clowns would fit into one single car. And once we got out of the van, we would have a nonstop chain of kids climb out first from the back, then from the middle, and finally from the front. At first, we were not really that surprised since we were not the only van that dropped off kids to school. However, as a result from recent investigations, we saw that our carpool van was the most largest capacity hauler throughout the entire school from 7th grade to 12th grade! We were absolutely astonished. From then on, every time we pulled up into the school driveway, we would always be called the “Clown Car”! Since we are approaching a new year at school, let’s just see how many new names/interpretations we will get from the new students and staff members!
Overall, utilizing carpooling can be a significant improvement to encourage bonding times and save money and time, but the amount of funny interpretations one gets from others can be a lifetime filled with excitement and joy! So Lets go Carpooling!
It will be worth it!
